About Shipping

Eagle Edge Computers provides both cost effective and fast shipping options for our clients in Perth and Western Australia.  Due to factors out of our control, all shipping times are approximate but usually occur within the stated time frames.  If you have any questions about shipping times and pricing for any items, please give us a call and we will endeavour to find the best option.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AWST on a business day will be processed the same day and scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Orders made after 2:00 PM AWST or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day and scheduled for delivery on the following business day after that.

While we strive to ensure that next-day deliveries arrive on time, please note that Eagle Edge Computers cannot control courier services. In some cases, delivery may be delayed to a second business day. We will keep you informed of any such delays.

If a next-day delivery order extends into a third business day, Eagle Edge Computers will refund the full delivery cost of the order and continue to update you on the delivery status until your item arrives.

Delivery Zones

When entering your address on the cart or checkout page, your delivery price will be automatically determined based on the delivery zone.  This zone will be allocated as either Perth Metro, Greater Perth, Outside Perth, Rural WA or Outside WA.  If you think your delivery address in not in the correct zone, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Perth Metro

  • 1 – 3 Business Days – Free (Orders Over $500)
  • 1 – 3 Business Days – $9.95 (Orders Under $500)
  • Next Business Day – $29.95 (Orders Over $1000)
  • Next Business Day – $44.95 (Orders Under $1000)

Greater Perth

  • 1 – 3 Business Days – Free (Orders Over $500)
  • 1 – 3 Business Days – $9.95 (Orders Under $500)
  • Next Business Day – $39.95 (Orders Over $1000)
  • Next Business Day – $59.95 (Orders Under $1000)

Outside Perth

This includes some suburbs that are on the outskirts of Perth but not considered Rural WA, that our courier offers only one shipping option for.
